Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team begins processing it immediately to ensure prompt delivery. Orders can be modified or canceled as long as they have not yet been processed. If you require an adjustment to your purchase, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. You may also track the status of your delivery directly on our website.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently offer complimentary delivery to addresses throughout the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses to maintain a secure chain of custody for your items.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once handed over to our carrier, complimentary US transit typically takes 6 to 10 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Returns and Fit

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that clients are responsible for return shipping costs. You can find the full procedure on our Returns and Exchanges page.
